Attorney Shingo Hattori is a Triple Qualified Lawyer admitted in Japan, California, and New York. He founded Hattori Law in Roppongi, Tokyo after working as a public officer, law firm lawyer, and in-house counsel of the real estate developer. He has been in charge of complexed corporate legal matters and business negotiations for joint venture investments from USA, Europe, & Asian countries to Japan, and vice versa.

Working in both of the public sector and private sector, he knows reasonableness is the key for corporate activities. Business judgment is not made solely by laws but often by business relationship with partners, corporate policies, and so forth. While, he could add legal insights to the business judgment to keep you safe. He grew up in Tokyo while studied in Michigan and Los Angeles. His dream is to accelerate bridging Japanese business and foreign business more smoothly than ever with great legal expertise.
