Shingo Hattori

Founder Hattori Law

Attorney Shingo Hattori founded Hattori Law in Tokyo after working as public officer, law firm lawyer, and in-house counsel of real estate developer. He has been in charge of corporate legal matters and business negotiation for real estate joint venture investments from Japan to Asian countries and Mexico.

Working in both of public sector and private sector, he knows reasonableness is the key for corporate activities. Business judgment is not made solely by laws but often by business relationship with partners, corporate policies, and so forth. While, he could add legal insight to the business judgment to keep you safe.

He grew up in Tokyo while studied in Michigan and Los Angeles. His dream is to accelerate bridging Japanese business and foreign business more smoothly than ever with great legal expertise.

He’s been a tennis player since he was at high school. He is a big fan of Shingo Kunieda.
